Boasting five individually designed meeting rooms for small intimate meetings to our Dribuild Suite which holds up to 200 delegates the Memorial Stadium is the ideal venue for any conference or function.
All our rooms enjoy plenty of natural light …there’s a choice of carefully selected menus to suit a wide range of culinary tastes …and a dedicated team to ensure your event runs smoothly.
We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding hospitality with exceptional service, whether it be in our 16 executive boxes over-looking the pitch that are ideal for smaller meetings, staff training session, interviews and Board meetings or one of our stylish function rooms.
The Dribuild Suite offers a sociable atmosphere and is an ideal venue for corporate dinners, business conferences, exhibitions and trade shows. The suite can accommodate up to 200 people for an evening function or 160 for a sit down meal.
The Bristol Room is very versatile accommodating 120 delegates theatre style, while the Executive Lounge again offers a view of the pitch, seating up to 40 for dining in private. There is also the Chairman’s Guest Room situated in the West Stand that is suitable for up to 12 delegates boardroom style and the Memorial Room for up to 160, which includes a bar, large TV screen and video unit and is ideal for holding a race night.

Access and parking are also high on the score sheet when considering any venue and we meet both criteria fully with free on-site car parking for more than 300 vehicles.
